Processing
Conforms to Good Manufacturing Practices and consistent with production of quality concentrates. Product complies to applicable laws and regulations of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, RSK and AIJN code of practice. The Passion Fruit juice is carefully processed and immediately deep frozen to maintain the sensoric and nutritional properties of the original fruit.
Flavour and Colour
Typical of high quality Passion Fruit Juice free of any objectionable process or storage flavour. Deep bright orange colour, Pleasant Aroma. Acidic.
Defects
Products is practically free from foreign matter, skin, seed, stone, or stems. Juice pulp is screened at min. 0.5 mm. and centrifuged.
