Product Description Demineralised whey powder is manufactured from finest quality fresh whey, which is clarified and defatted before at least 90% demineralisation, prior to evaporation and spray drying.

Packaging

Multi-ply paper sacks with Polyethylene liner, net weight 25kg

Storage Hold in cool dry store without exposure to sunlight or strong odours and avoid direct contact with walls and floor.
Transport Powder can be transported in 20 foot containers in 16-17 tonne loads. In a 40 foot container the load is 20-22 tonnes.
Shelf Life Approximately 12 months from date of production when stored under appropriate conditions.

Applications
Almost completely soluble at pH values below 4 and above 6. Can be easily   adjusted to desired    pH. The product is lipase free and is heat stable. The   almost complete removal of ash results in a    non-salty powder, which has   widespread usage.
